What is the difference between freelancers and fair sharers?
Freelancers, also known as freelancers, work without a fixed salary and employment conditions, such as vacation days or pension accrual. They set their own rate and invoice on an hourly or project basis. This gives freelancers the freedom and flexibility to choose who and how they work for.
Fairsharers receive a fixed salary each month, regardless of the number of hours worked. If they work extra hours, they get paid nicely for it. The salary of a fair sharer is also higher than that of a permanent employee.
